Epping & Harlow Community Transport provides a local door-to-door dial-a-ride service. To use it, you need an annual membership and you must book your rides at least three clear working days in advance.

We offer the service that meets the needs of local people who, for various reasons, are unable to use conventional public transport. The service offers a lifeline in both rural and urban areas, and includes the elderly, disabled or those who are rurally isolated and unable to access public transport.
