Group Mini-Bus Service
Accessible, Affordable, and Community-Focused
Epping Forest & Harlow Community Transport operates a minibus brokerage service for any non-profit group within the Epping Forest and Harlow districts.
We offer a fleet of clean, safe, and accessible minibuses to help local organisations travel together with ease.
Membership
To use our services, all groups must be members.
Annual Membership Fee: £25.00
Driver Options
- Paid drivers available (subject to availability).
- All drivers must complete a Minibus Induction before operating our vehicles.
- Groups may also provide their own qualified driver.
- Drivers must hold category D1 on their driving licence (copy required).
Fleet Details
Our minibuses are wheelchair accessible and available in various seating configurations:
14 seated passengers
10 seated passengers + 1 wheelchair
8 seated passengers + 2 wheelchairs
All vehicles are supplied in a clean and safe condition. Groups are responsible for returning the vehicle clean and tidy.

Telephone bookings cannot be accepted.
Bookings must be made at least 5 working days in advance.
All bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability.
Vehicles are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important
Community Transport is not suitable for all users — please ensure our service meets your group’s needs.
We are unable to provide escorts or specialist services.
