We need volunteers to help us with this vital work.
We’re looking for volunteer drivers to help keep our social car and minibus services running!
Your support helps vulnerable people access essential transport and reduces social isolation. Our service is limited only by the number of volunteers — your time truly makes a difference!
We’re a long-established local charity serving the Epping Forest & Harlow District, providing essential transport for older people, disabled, and rurally isolated residents. As demand grows, we need volunteers to help us continue this vital work.
Volunteer Roles Available
Minibus Drivers
Must be 25+ with a UK driving licence including D1 entitlement (for 9–16 seat vehicles).
MiDAS training provided to ensure safe and confident driving.
Car Drivers
Use your own car to help others get to medical appointments, clubs, and shops.
Receive 55p per mile to cover travel costs.
No changes needed to your insurance.
Trustees
Help guide the charity’s future.
Use your professional or life experience to make a real impact.
No specialist skills required—just commitment, common sense, and a passion for helping others.
