Despite the hot weather and heavy traffic on both the outward and return journeys, they remained patient, supportive, and accommodating throughout the day, helping to ensure that everyone had an enjoyable experience. I offered to cover the cost of their lunch, but they kindly declined. Nevertheless, I felt it was important to recognise and acknowledge the time, commitment, and care they gave to our passengers. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile are greatly appreciated and make a real difference to the people we support.
